Repetitions BOOT CAMP!!

Is a 6 week program, with two sessions a week! Tuesday and Thursday morning! Bootcampers will be fitness tested on the first session and retested on the last session of the program.

Bootcamp, is a fullbody work out! With the sole purpose of pushing you to your limit and one step closer to reaching your fitness goals! All fitness levels will be catered for, individuals will be pushed to their own capability!

End Date: 15th of December

When? 6am Tuesday and Thursday mornings!

How much? $150 (12 sessions) or you may join at a casual rate of $20

Repetitions Kick Boxing (6pm Monday Nights)

Kick Boxing is a great way to relieve stress after a hard day! Learn the correct technique and take your frustrations out on our kick bags. Awesome way to get fit and burn off those unwanted calories!

Repetitions X-Train (7pm Monday Nights, 4pm Tuesday Afternoons, 6pm Wednesday Nights, 4pm Thursday Nights)

X-Train is a combination class, where variety is key! Combining the best exercises from strength training, boxing, kick boxing and Boot Camp! This class will keep you on your toes!

Repetitions Boxing Class (7pm Wednesday Nights)

Our Boxing classes are fun and a great way to get in shape fast! Sessions will increase your strength, co-ordination and fitness all at once. Repetitions Boxing is a circuit style class  using focus mitts, bags and partnered exercises!

Repetitions Core and Abs Class (8pm Wednesday Nights)

Core and Abs, exercises directly targeting your core and abdominal muscles! Feel the burn as you strengthen and sculpt your waist line! This is a half an hour class, continued straight after boxing. $10 per session or $5 if you complete Repetitions boxing before hand!

Repetitions Strength and Tone (6pm Tuesday Nights)

Strength and Tone sessions, combining strength and cardio exercises to burn those unwanted calories and improve muscle definition. Great for all levels of fitness!

Repetitions Circuit (5:15pm Friday Afternoon)

‘Make every Rep Count’. A fun circuit program with a variety of different stations, including cardio and resistance training. Great total body workout! Suitable for everybody.

Repetitions Group Classes are all non- commitment, so pay as you go!! Sessions are $20 per person, bring a friend and pay only $5 for their first session. Prior to your first session, please contact Adam on 0430072528 or email Adam@repetitionspt.com

It is my personal goal to put 100% effort into each and every client, and I expect nothing less in return. I really enjoy helping people and nothing makes me happier than seeing a client reach their personal goals. I am always striving to learn new training techniques and researching on how I can expand on my fitness knowledge.

From a young age, sport and fitness have always been a major part of my life. I have grown up playing all kinds of sports and love the outdoors. I love to push myself and am extremely competitive if I can’t do something I practice until I can!

Being a personal trainer I practice what I preach I refuse to give anything to my clients unless I have tried it myself. Working hard together I will help you get the results you want and deserve.

Evan Middlebrook

As your trainer I will strive to help you achieve the results that you have always wanted.  I believe everybody has the ability to push themself to the limit and reach goals they never imagined would be possible.

I enjoy helping people and feel that a fit and healthy lifestyle is a critical element to living a full and enjoyable life. I am constantly trying to learn new and important things when it comes to fitness so that I can expand my knowledge in the hope that this will help me improve the quality of my expertise that I deliver to my clients.  In my eyes there is no one that is too unfit or too overweight and beyond our help, and i feel everyone deserves the chance to improve their life in any way possible.

I have always been involved in sport and still to this day play rugby union.  I have also always had an interest in fitness and try my best to keep myself in the best shape I can.  There would be no point in me giving advice to people on how to live a healthier lifestyle if I was not able to follow those same principles i preach. This is why you can expect that anything you do, I will be able to do myself.

I hope that I can deliver an effective and enjoyable fitness experience that will keep you motivated and seeing the results you want!

Kurt Johnson

I pride myself on professionalism and my ability to make Personal training exactly that, “personal”.

My sessions are always creative and enjoyable whilst still allowing you to reach an intensity that you never realised you were capable of. With my motivation and experience, all you need to bring is a “can do” attitude and no goal is out of the question! I have co-developed Repetitions Booster program so I know all the nutritional and weight loss secrets to ensure that you reach your goals. There is no question that I can’t answer about your weight loss or fitness dreams.

My sporting and fitness background includes being a State swimming medallist and NSW state league Soccer player, so I know what it takes to train at the intense and elite level.

The Repetitions Booster program is an 8 week program designed for those who want serious long term results. The aim of the Booster Program is to help you create a new and improved life style, therefore ensuring you will reach your goals and not relapse into old habits!!

We will educate you on correct exercise technique, explain the benefits of all forms of training and give you the knowledge to change the way you think about what goes into your mouth!

What does Repetitions Booster involve?

  • 8 x 1 Hour personal training sessions with a Repetitions personal trainer.

    (Each week focuses on a different theme/exercise discipline and safely explains how to perform the exercises to ensure that you can use this knowledge for the rest of your life).

    • Resistance Training Session
    • Boxing and Kickboxing
    • Circuit Training
    • Body Weight session (is great for when you go on holidays)
    • Flexibility and Stretching
    • Core Strength
    • Power Ropes, Medicine Balls and Aqua Bag
    • Kettle Bell Training
  • Each week you will receive a handout, explaining all you need to know about your nutrition.
