Kick Boxing is a great way to relieve stress after a hard day! Learn the correct technique and take your frustrations out on our kick bags. Awesome way to get fit and burn off those unwanted calories!
Repetitions X-Train (7pm Monday Nights, 4pm Tuesday Afternoons, 6pm Wednesday Nights, 4pm Thursday Nights)
X-Train is a combination class, where variety is key! Combining the best exercises from strength training, boxing, kick boxing and Boot Camp! This class will keep you on your toes!
Repetitions Boxing Class (7pm Wednesday Nights)
Our Boxing classes are fun and a great way to get in shape fast! Sessions will increase your strength, co-ordination and fitness all at once. Repetitions Boxing is a circuit style class  using focus mitts, bags and partnered exercises!
Repetitions Core and Abs Class (8pm Wednesday Nights)
Core and Abs, exercises directly targeting your core and abdominal muscles! Feel the burn as you strengthen and sculpt your waist line! This is a half an hour class, continued straight after boxing. $10 per session or $5 if you complete Repetitions boxing before hand!
Repetitions Strength and Tone (6pm Tuesday Nights)
Strength and Tone sessions, combining strength and cardio exercises to burn those unwanted calories and improve muscle definition. Great for all levels of fitness!
Repetitions Circuit (5:15pm Friday Afternoon)
‘Make every Rep Count’. A fun circuit program with a variety of different stations, including cardio and resistance training. Great total body workout! Suitable for everybody.
Repetitions Group Classes are all non- commitment, so pay as you go!! Sessions are $20 per person, bring a friend and pay only $5 for their first session. Prior to your first session, please contact Adam on 0430072528 or email Adam@repetitionspt.com
